The 27-year-old suspect is facing serious charges, including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, child endangerment, felony obstruction of law enforcement, and violating his protection from abuse order. Law enforcement responded to the incident late Monday evening, around 22:30 local time, where the babysitter recounted the series of events. The man was arrested not far from the scene and is currently held in county jail with a bond set at $500,000 (£386,016). The incident has raised concerns about safety and the protective measures in place to keep children safe.
