A Los Angeles model, Brianna Stern, has formally accused internet personality Andrew Tate of sexual and physical abuse, filing a civil lawsuit in California's Superior Court. The complaint, registered on Thursday, alleges that the relationship between Stern and Tate, which commenced last July, was marked by violence, including choking and beating, as well as verbal degradation, particularly during a hotel stay earlier this month.

This latest accusation against Tate adds to his legal woes; he is currently under scrutiny in both the UK and Romania for allegations pertaining to human trafficking, money laundering, and sexual offenses. Previously, Tate and his brother, Tristan, endured two years of uncertain legal status in Romania but were released in February earlier this year.

In response to Stern's allegations, Tate's legal team has categorically denied any wrongdoing, describing the lawsuit as a “blatant cash grab” and asserting that Stern’s motives are rooted in a desire for fame and financial compensation rather than a pursuit of justice.
