According to the plaintiff’s statement, he quickly began feeling disoriented and lost control of his body after consuming the drinks, which he claims were drugged.
While at the venue, where illegal substance use was purportedly taking place, the plaintiff alleges that he was taken to a back room and subjected to sexual assault by Combs. He recounted appearing to come in and out of consciousness, fully aware of the assault but unable to resist due to the effects of the drinks. In previous statements, Combs has denied such allegations, calling them "sickening."
In relation to these new claims, Combs' legal team continues to maintain his innocence, asserting his intent to prove in court that he has never assaulted anyone.
