After months of speculation and delays, officials have announced that the teen girl found in singer D4vd's car died from 'multiple penetrating injuries'. The Los Angeles County medical examiner's office ruled Celeste Rivas Hernandez's death a homicide, noting that she died from injuries caused by an undisclosed object or objects.

Celeste was found dead in the front boot of a Tesla registered to TikTok star D4vd, aged 21, in September. The singer is facing several charges including murder. D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has pleaded not guilty. His attorneys argue for his innocence, stating they will vigorously defend him.

Investigators had determined the cause and manner of death on December 9, but could not publicly release the information pending police investigations. D4vd's legal team believes evidence will show he did not kill Celeste.

Prosecutors allege the teen was killed and her body dismembered around May 5, 2025. Additionally, a toxicology report revealed some drugs but stated they did not contribute to her death. Celeste's family expressed their deep sorrow and desire for justice, emphasizing the loss of a beloved daughter.
