The Wawns, along with dozens of others, have expressed deep frustration as they await refunds with no clear answers from the company.

Customers report selling homes, rehoming pets, and gearing up for an extended life at sea that now appears to be a mirage. VCL responded by stating that it continues to advertise the cruise while awaiting enough clientele to charter a vessel.
