According to the prosecutor’s office, officials were notified on Thursday about a ransom situation involving a man in Paris. Although the name of the victim was not revealed, he was found in a house located in Essonne, to the south of Paris, and was released by authorities on Saturday evening. It was noted that the victim had sustained injuries and required medical attention, though additional specifics regarding both the nature of these injuries and the ransom amount have not been disclosed.During the rescue operation, police arrested four suspects at or near the location where the victim was held. A fifth individual was apprehended while operating a vehicle believed to be associated with the crime, and two further arrests were made the following day.
