The Saudi delegation highlighted the country’s commitment to culture as a key pillar of Vision 2030, noting that the project has expanded creative opportunities, encouraged knowledge production, and nurtured cultural exchange on a global scale.
Saudi entities present at the fair included the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission; the Culinary Arts Commission; the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language; the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Global Center for Arabic Calligraphy (Dar Alqalam); the King Abdulaziz Public Library; the King Fahd National Library; the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance; the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex in Madinah; the Saudi Cultural Mission in Algeria; the King Abdulaziz Complex for Endowment Libraries; and the Arab Observatory of Translation.
While the fair ran until 7 November, the focus remained on introducing visitors of diverse nationalities to Saudi culture, its historical heritage, and its literary output.
