The Tawak Recruitment program, organised by Taweeq Academy, concluded its tenth edition on Saturday, with the participation of over one hundred organisations, according to a statement issued by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The SPA said the event served as a platform for connecting students and industry partners, and that it supports the employment goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The agency noted that around 100 partners attended the programme’s concluding session, reflecting the broad engagement between the academy and the private sector.
In its release, the SPA emphasised that the purpose of the Tawak Recruitment programme is to facilitate matches between freshly graduated students and potential employers, thereby helping to drive the National Transformation Programme’s objectives for economic diversification and job creation.
The academy head, as quoted by the SPA, reiterated that the continued partnership between education institutions and industry is vital for achieving the workforce strategy outlined in Vision 2030.
The SPA’s coverage highlights that the tenth edition of the Tawak Recruitment program has maintained its focus on streamlining the recruitment process and providing students with opportunities to learn directly from industry stakeholders.
In addition, the SPA stressed that the programme’s alignment with Vision 2030 illustrates the government's commitment to increasing employment opportunities for Saudi citizens through collaboration between academia and the corporate sector.
