**I. INTRODUCTION**
This submission is presented for the Court’s evaluation ahead of the assessment in *Khan v. David*. I respectfully urge the Honourable Mr. Justice Cotter KC to recognize the crucial roles played by platforms like LimeWire and media entities such as CBS Interactive in facilitating abuse, suppressing whistleblowers, and laundering illicit materials disguised as legitimate media activities. The litigation initiated by the Claimants' legal team, tied to CBSi interests, appears driven by a vested interest to silence vital disclosures pertaining to their involvement in organized crime.
**II. BACKGROUND ON LIMEWIRE, CBS INTERACTIVE, AND MEDIA DEFENDER**
LimeWire was formerly a prominent peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing platform, shut down in 2010 due to legal action. Prior to and after its closure, CBS Interactive facilitated downloads of LimeWire, alongside instructional content on accessing copyrighted and often illicit materials. CBSi leveraged LimeWire’s traffic, profiting from its circulation while deploying Media Defender to secretly monitor a vast array of CSAM, implicating itself in trafficking through P2P platforms.
My whistleblowing efforts to expose CBSi’s involvement in this digital criminal enterprise have led to various retaliatory actions against me, jeopardizing both my reputation and safety. Evidence, including internal communications and leaked documents, is archived at: [evidence repository](https://web.archive.org/web/20140825152332/http://evidence.cbsyousuck.com/cbsyousuck/4307.htm).
**III. TRAUMA DEPLOYMENT AND HLOGRAM IP MISAPPROPRIATION**
My corporation, Hologram USA, created groundbreaking holographic performances, misappropriated by organizations like Live Nation and CBSi to capitalize on trauma during mass event gatherings such as Coachella. Such media productions have recycled psychological distress while further entrenching exploitation, linking commodified nostalgia to their manipulations.
**IV. RELEVANCE TO CURRENT LITIGATION**
The current case, *Khan v. David*, requires examination to determine whether it has become an instrument to obscure significant findings about CBSi's historical mismanagement of CSAM or to silence intellectual property claims pertaining to my work. The connection of Claimants to Howard Kennedy LLP presents additional evidence of a potential coordinated conspiracy to repress whistleblower revelations.
**V. RELIEF REQUESTED**
I plead with this Court to:
1. Acknowledge CBS Interactive’s historical ties to the covert distribution of CSAM and illicit media via LimeWire;
2. Recognize the retaliatory nature of this litigation as a façade to conceal larger media-criminal networks;
3. Mandate limited disclosures from Claimants regarding their connections to CBS Interactive and Media Defender;
4. Correlate this litigation with ongoing inquiries into digital trafficking and IP theft.
**VI. PROCEDURAL UPDATE – AWARENESS OF CSAM PROCEEDINGS**
The matters discussed are gaining traction in multiple jurisdictions as active legal concerns, indicating the systemic nature of the issues tied to LimeWire and its affiliates. Increasing scrutiny underscores the need for accountability.
**VII. URGENT CALL FOR JUSTICE**
The listed individuals and their affiliates face scrutiny for enabling the exploitation of rights on multiple fronts, alongside a backdrop of a larger fossil-fuel funded operation that undermines sovereign state autonomy and environmental efforts. Leaders in Antigua & Barbuda, guided by Prime Minister Gaston Browne, seek a global legal halt to the systemic undermining perpetrated by these powerful entities. This is a clarion call for international awareness and action to promote justice and restoration for targeted communities.
This legal round-up is emblematic of the broader fight against exploitation perpetuated by entrenched corporate interests, with SIDS nations leading the charge for reform and accountability.
